With over 30 years in IT and software development, Jeff built Verve to be the kind of partner he never found: one that leads with service, plans with purpose, and builds tech that empowers people.
Before launching Verve in 2006, Jeff’s software powered defense contractors, rail systems, and international PM firms. Today, he focuses on helping businesses reach operational maturity through clear strategy and strong technology.
When he’s not leading Verve, you’ll find Jeff golfing, snowboarding, or spending time with his wife and four kids in Stockton, CA.
Chad is the relational engine behind Verve’s client growth. With a career that started in the U.S. Air Force in 1992, he brings decades of experience in helping SMBs harness tech for tangible business outcomes.
Known for his consultative style, Chad guides clients from initial discovery through long-term success, always with an eye on clarity, value, and partnership.
Outside of work, he’s boating, camping, and navigating life with two college kids and a love for golf.
Deanne has been with Verve since 2013, growing from Office Manager to leading both finance and HR operations. Her background in banking, construction, and admin management gives her a rock-solid foundation in both numbers and people.
She manages everything from budgeting and billing to benefits and compliance, always with a focus on accountability and clarity.
When she’s not in QuickBooks or a compliance doc, Deanne’s baking, reading, or walking with her husband and dog.
